Renaissance 19mm Oak Botticelli is a smoked white UV oil/wax engineered floor. This beautiful light oak has warm, smokey, grey tones which gives you a fresh, bright looking board. The Renaissance collection is a premium range of extra wide plank floors made from the finest quality European Oak. While the birch plywood construction gives it optimum stability. Because it features a staggering 260mm width and 2.4m length, these boards are exceptional and expansive in their size and character. The total thickness of the board is 19mm while the solid layer is 6mm, because of this you will have the firmest feel possible. The oiled finish gives you the most natural look and feel possible.
Product Description
Elegant, warm, and full of natural charm, Renaissance Oak Botticelli is a luxurious engineered wood floor that beautifully blends traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Available from FloorStore Direct, Ireland’s leading destination for engineered flooring and hardwood floors, this stunning 19mm oak floor features a smoked and white UV oiled finish. Crafted in extra wide 260mm planks, Renaissance Oak Botticelli brings grandeur, texture, and timeless beauty to any home or commercial space.
Each plank of Renaissance Oak Botticelli is designed to showcase the organic beauty of European oak. The smoked finish enhances the wood’s natural tones, deepening its colour and accentuating the grain’s unique character. This process draws out warm hues of honey and amber, creating a rich base that feels both rustic and refined. The addition of a white UV oil provides a soft, elegant overlay that brightens the surface and adds a contemporary touch. This balance of warm smoked undertones and light white highlights makes Botticelli one of the most versatile and stylish options for modern Irish interiors.
The UV oiled finish not only enhances the wood’s visual depth but also provides exceptional durability. The oil penetrates the surface of the timber, protecting it from wear while maintaining the natural texture and breathability of real wood. Unlike traditional lacquers, the UV oil creates a satin-smooth finish that feels organic underfoot, ensuring your floor looks and feels luxurious for years to come.
The rustic/character grading of Renaissance Oak Botticelli celebrates the individuality of real oak. Each plank is unique, featuring visible knots, natural colour variations, and areas of sapwood that reflect the authentic charm of genuine hardwood. This grading gives the floor a timeless, natural appeal that works beautifully across styles — from minimalist Scandinavian interiors to classic country homes. The combination of wide boards and characterful texture creates an inviting, spacious atmosphere in any room.
Behind its stunning appearance, this 19mm multi-layered engineered floor offers the perfect blend of strength, stability, and luxury. Unlike solid wood, engineered flooring is built to resist movement caused by humidity and temperature changes, making it ideal for Ireland’s variable climate. This ensures long-lasting performance and a flawless fit.
For best results, Renaissance Oak Botticelli must be glued directly to the subfloor. This installation method ensures maximum stability and enhances the floor’s solid, premium feel underfoot.

Recommend Adhesive
Because of the excessive length and width of our Renaissance Boards we advise them to be directly glued to the subfloor. This will provide a more solid and stable structure that will increase noise reduction, feel better underfoot and will not expand as much. In the long term it will also provide structural stability during any floor sanding. If you have underfloor heating a glued down floor eliminates air pockets and will then allow your heating to work more economically. You can view all our adhesives here.
Fitting Guidelines
In order for your new floor to perform to the best of its ability we advise using a skilled, professional fitter for the installation of your new floor. Prior to installation your floor must be checked to ensure it is level and free from moisture. Should there be any issues with this our levelling compounds and damp proof membranes are available here. It is vitally important, in particular with a floating floor that you do not fit any heavy objects (Such as fitted kitchens or islands) directly to the floor. An installation gap of 10-12mm must also be left around all 4 sides of the room including at doorways. Please refer to manufacturers guidelines for full installation instructions.
Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Renaissance Engineered Flooring is slightly different than most Engineered Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. However, while we still advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor, we also recommend occasional use with a maintenance oil and our Magic Oil Care. This will help replenish the oils that may be lost through cleaning. Also a spin mop or micro fibre mop should ensure the floor is not being overly wet.
