Pall-X 333 is a solvent free two component oil based floor primer for all standard European wood types under the two component wood floor lacquers Pall-X 98, Pall-X Zero 2K or under the 2- component wood floor oil Magic Oil 2K Original. By adding PALL-X 333 C Colour Concentrate as the third component, wood floors can be primed and coloured in one application.

Pall-X 333 is a solvent free two component oil based floor primer for all standard European wood types under the two component wood floor lacquers Pall-X 98, Pall-X Zero 2K or under the 2- component wood floor oil Magic Oil 2K Original. By adding PALL-X 333 C Colour Concentrate as the third component, wood floors can be primed and coloured in one application.
Area of application:
Combination of liquid oils suitable for enhancing the natural colour of standard European hardwood floors prior to use of approved lacquers/ oils.
Suitable for:
- Sanded wood flooring with filled joints
- Woodblocks
- Use on wood floors installed over warm water underfloor heating systems

Surface preparation:
Before using an oil based floor primer the surface to be primed must be filled, clean, dry, free of impurities and sanded in accordance with the recognised industry standard. Furthermore, after the last sanding process – immediately before the surface is primed – the entire area has to be wiped once with a cloth moistened with clean water. This creates the following benefits:
- The colour enhancement will be more intense and more uniform
- The primer can penetrate better
- If required, by the fine sanding the compressed wood surface will return to be “open”
- Abrasion marks will be softened
- The wood surface appears more consistent
- Wood contaminants will be washed out
- Bleed back from the joints is prevented
Technical data:
- Packsize: 0.8 + 0.2L
- Shelf Life: At least 12 months
- Mixing Ratio: 4:1 or 4:1:1 whun combined with Pall-X C Colour Concentrate
- Consumption per coat: Approx 25-50ml/ sq.m
- Working Climate: 18-25 degrees Celsius and 35-65% relative humidity
- Pot Life: Approx 1 hour
- Further Applications: In principle after approx 12 hours when used with Pall-X 98, Pall-X Zero 2K or Magic Oil 2K. The exception is when used with Pall-X C Colour Concentrate, in which case further applications should be after approx 24 hours
