Note for preparation:
All mineral substrates as well as good gritted mastic asphalt to conform to standards has to be primed with PALLMANN P104.

Surface preparation:
Before applying P5 wood floor glue, the substrate must be even, level, sound, dry, free from cracks and free from materials which could impair the adhesion. Check the substrate according to the applicable standards and report any deficiency. Cement and calcium screeds must be abraded and vacuumed off.
For wood flooring work particularly careful testing of the subfloor is recommended. Thoroughly brush, abrade, grind or shot-blast, to remove any weak or soft surface areas or layers reducing the adhesion e.g. old adhesive residues. Thoroughly vacuum off the surface.
Prime calcium sulphate screeds, accelerated cement screeds, rapid cement screeds, underfloor heating systems and special screed constructions with Pallmann P104. The product data sheets of the products used must be observed. Prime uneven or very rough substrates with Uzin PE 360 Plus universal primer and apply Uzin NC196 levelling compound to a minimum thickness of 3 mm. All mineral substrates, as well as good gritted mastic asphalt, which conforming to standards, has to be primed with Pallmann P104
