Product Description
Introduce effortless style and calming elegance into your home with Lime Washed Oak, a standout design in the Knight Tile Rigid Core collection by Karndean. Now available from FloorStore Direct, Ireland’s leading destination for premium flooring, this luxury vinyl tile (LVT) captures the refined, weathered charm of coastal oak with the technical reliability that modern homes demand.
Inspired by the natural bleaching of aged timber over time, Lime Washed Oak features a pale, creamy-grey palette with soft variations and subtle grain details. This floor delivers a fresh, airy look that enhances light in any room, making it an excellent choice for coastal cottages, contemporary interiors, or Scandinavian-style homes. Whether paired with crisp whites or muted earth tones, it brings balance, calm, and timeless charm to your living space.
Built with Karndean’s K-Core® rigid core technology, this floor is far more than just beautiful. The rigid core construction allows for installation over most existing subfloors—even those with minor imperfections—making it ideal for renovations and refurbishments where speed and stability are key. Its robust, multi-layered design ensures durability without sacrificing style.
Lime Washed Oak also features a 5G click-locking system for quick and secure installation, with no adhesive required. The built-in acoustic backing reduces noise transfer by up to 19dB, offering a quiet, comfortable surface underfoot—ideal for busy households, apartments, or open-plan spaces where sound management matters.
This floor is fully waterproof, scratch-resistant, and built for everyday use. From kitchens to living rooms, bedrooms to bathrooms, it delivers the natural look of wood without the high maintenance. The PU-coated wear layer provides resistance against spills, scuffs, and stains, making it a family-friendly solution that stands up to the realities of daily life.

Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Karndean Rigid Core Flooring is pretty much the same as with most Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. We advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor. Also a spin mop or micro fibre mop should ensure the floor is not being overly wet.
