Product Description
Add natural charm and a soft, contemporary feel to your home with Ivory Riven Slate, a standout design from the Karndean Knight Tile Rigid Core range. Exclusively available from FloorStore Direct, this luxury vinyl tile (LVT) captures the elegance of hand-split slate in a light ivory tone, combining timeless stone aesthetics with cutting-edge flooring performance.
Inspired by riven slate that’s been gently worn and softened over time, this floor features authentic surface texture and delicate tonal variation. The pale ivory colouring is ideal for brightening darker interiors or enhancing the openness of modern homes. Whether you’re styling a Scandinavian kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, or a minimalist hallway, Ivory Riven Slate provides a versatile and calming foundation.
Engineered with Karndean’s advanced K-Core® rigid core technology, this flooring offers exceptional dimensional stability, making it perfect for installation over uneven subfloors or existing hard floors. It’s an ideal solution for renovations, extensions, or fast-paced fit-outs where time and preparation need to be minimised.
Fitting is fast and hassle-free thanks to the 5G click-locking system, which ensures a tight, glue-free connection. Even DIY users can achieve a professional finish without adhesives or extensive subfloor prep.
An integrated acoustic backing reduces sound transfer by up to 19dB, making this an excellent choice for multi-storey homes, apartments, and family spaces where noise control matters. It’s also soft underfoot, offering added comfort in everyday use.
Completely waterproof and finished with a PU-coated wear layer, Ivory Riven Slate stands up to moisture, spills, scuffs, and stains—making it suitable for busy kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and hallways. The hard-wearing surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, with minimal ongoing maintenance required. It’s also fully compatible with underfloor heating systems, providing year-round warmth and efficiency.

Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Karndean Rigid Core Flooring is pretty much the same as with most Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. We advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor. Also a spin mop or micro fibre mop should ensure the floor is not being overly wet.
