Product Description
Bring a welcoming, natural warmth to your space with Honey Limed Oak, a luxury vinyl tile (LVT) from the Knight Tile Rigid Core Collection by Karndean. Available now at FloorStore Direct – Ireland’s trusted destination for high-performance, design-led flooring – this floor captures the golden, sun-kissed tones of natural limed oak while offering the cutting-edge benefits of rigid core technology.
Designed to emulate traditional limed oak floorboards, Honey Limed Oak showcases soft grain detailing and honey-toned hues that radiate warmth and charm. Subtle lime-washed effects lighten the wood’s natural richness, making it a perfect option for both classic and contemporary interiors. Whether you’re creating a rustic farmhouse kitchen, a Scandinavian-inspired living room, or a cosy hallway, this floor provides the ideal foundation for your design vision.
Built with Karndean’s K-Core® rigid core technology, this LVT offers enhanced strength and dimensional stability, allowing it to be installed directly over most existing hard floors—even if the subfloor is slightly uneven. It’s an excellent choice for renovations, offering a quick and clean flooring solution with minimal preparation required.
The 5G click-locking mechanism ensures fast and secure installation, making it a favourite for both professional fitters and DIY enthusiasts. Once installed, the tight-fit system guarantees a smooth, gap-free surface that looks as good as it performs.
What truly sets this floor apart is its integrated acoustic backing, which reduces noise transfer by up to 19dB—ideal for apartments, family homes, and multi-level properties. The surface is also fully waterproof, making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and utility areas where moisture and spills are part of everyday life.
Honey Limed Oak includes a highly durable PU protective wear layer, engineered to resist scuffs, stains, and everyday wear-and-tear. Its easy-clean surface requires minimal maintenance, making it an ideal choice for busy households, pet owners, and light commercial environments.
In addition to its visual and practical appeal, this floor is also compatible with underfloor heating, offering comfort underfoot throughout the year.
Environmentally conscious customers will appreciate that Karndean LVT products are phthalate-free and designed to support healthier indoor environments.

Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Karndean Rigid Core Flooring is pretty much the same as with most Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. We advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor. Also a spin mop or micro fibre mop should ensure the floor is not being overly wet.
