Product Description
Discover the elegant beauty of natural stone in a floor that’s built for everyday life with Honed Pebble Slate from the Karndean Knight Tile Rigid Core range. Available now at FloorStore Direct, this luxury vinyl tile (LVT) combines soft, neutral slate tones with cutting-edge flooring technology—offering you a stylish, low-maintenance solution for modern homes and light commercial interiors across Ireland.
Inspired by smooth river stones and lightly honed natural slate, Honed Pebble Slate delivers a sleek, organic finish with a balanced mix of mid-grey and pebble beige tones. The surface is delicately textured to mimic the subtle grain of natural stone, giving your space warmth and depth without overpowering the design. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and open-plan living areas, this floor brings tranquillity and timeless appeal wherever it’s installed.
What sets this product apart is its rigid core construction using Karndean’s innovative K-Core® technology, which allows it to be installed directly over most existing hard floors—even those that are uneven or imperfect. It’s a go-to choice for renovations or fast-paced projects where time and preparation need to be minimised.
Thanks to the 5G click-locking system, installation is fast, secure, and glue-free. Whether you’re a professional installer or a DIY enthusiast, you’ll appreciate how quickly this floor clicks into place, delivering a flawless finish without the mess of adhesives.
An integrated acoustic backing further enhances comfort and performance by reducing sound transfer by up to 19dB, making it especially suited for upstairs rooms, apartments, or family homes. The soft, cushioned feel underfoot makes daily use more comfortable, while the surface remains tough and easy to clean.
Fully waterproof, scratch-resistant, and stain-resistant, Honed Pebble Slate is designed for daily life. Whether it’s muddy boots, spilled drinks, or dropped kitchenware, this floor stands up to it all with ease. It’s also compatible with underfloor heating, giving you added comfort throughout the colder months.

Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Karndean Rigid Core Flooring is pretty much the same as with most Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. We advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor. Also a spin mop or micro fibre mop should ensure the floor is not being overly wet.
