Goldstone Micro Terrazzo LVT Tile from our Camaro Rigid Core range is a beautiful, warm tone Terrazzo tile effect board. As with all our lvt floors it is 100% waterproof. Because it is made from vinyl it is softer and warmer than most laminate floors. It is also incredibly durable and suited for the heaviest traffic and wear in your home. With a 5.5mm thickness it is perfect for areas where space is tight and can even be fitted over tiles. Goldstone Micro Terrazzo LVT Tile has its underlay built in to it so you save on that cost.

1. Does the speckled "Micro Terrazzo" pattern show up dirt easily? Actually, the opposite is true. The intricate, multi-tonal nature of the Goldstone pattern is incredibly clever at masking light dust, pet hair, and dried water spots. Unlike solid-coloured grey or white tiles that show every speck, this floor looks pristine for longer between mops, making it a dream for busy Irish households.
2. Can I install Goldstone Micro Terrazzo directly over my existing kitchen tiles? Yes! Thanks to the rigid SPC core and the 5.5mm thickness, Camaro Rigid Core is designed to be installed over most existing hard floors. It bridges minor grout lines and subfloor imperfections that would cause thinner vinyls to fail, saving you the upheaval and cost of a full floor "rip-out."
3. Is the built-in rubber underlay compatible with underfloor heating? Absolutely. Goldstone Micro Terrazzo is fully compatible with most water-based underfloor heating systems (up to 27°C). The dense core and integrated rubber underlay are excellent conductors of heat, ensuring your "stone" floor feels luxuriously warm during those chilly winter mornings.
Fitting Guidelines
In order for your new floor to perform to the best of its ability we advise using a skilled, professional fitter for the installation of your new floor. Prior to installation your floor must be checked to ensure it is level and free from moisture. Should there be any issues with this our levelling compounds and damp proof membranes are available here. It is vitally important, in particular with a floating floor that you do not fit any heavy objects (Such as fitted kitchens or islands) directly to the floor. An installation gap of 10-12mm must also be left around all 4 sides of the room including at doorways. Please refer to manufacturers guidelines for full installation instructions.
Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
The cleaning and maintenance of our Polyflor Flooring is pretty much the same as with all Vinyl Flooring. A sweep of a brush is all it should take to remove light dirt from your floor. For mopping, it is important you use a damp mop rather than a wet mop. If your floor is too wet, over time it may cause issues from water penetrating the joints. We advise the use of a PH neutral floor cleaner to ensure no damage to the floor. Please make sure to also check the manufacturers guidelines.
